Bill paid twice

Hello everyone

I just wanted to ask what to do in this case?

I have committed the following mistake, my first bill came on 29 October and I paid it and my Latest bill statement said its been paid, after that I have set up a direct debit and on 18 November the money was deducted again.

Who do I need to contact? Can I get a refund of the second payment or will that be added as credit?

    The 2nd payment will go on as credit and be used in future bills do not worry, if you wanted this back as a refund you can claim it via your bank.
