Bill paid twice
Hello everyone
I just wanted to ask what to do in this case?
I have committed the following mistake, my first bill came on 29 October and I paid it and my Latest bill statement said its been paid, after that I have set up a direct debit and on 18 November the money was deducted again.
Who do I need to contact? Can I get a refund of the second payment or will that be added as credit?
