Avonline - don't show up
I have been a customer for 2 months, however, Avonline incorrectly installed my cable, so I haven't had internet, after 2 months of waiting for them to come back and install the cable to the are the engineer had originally marked I am still waiting.
Is it worth me paying a private company to finish the install? After two months I still can't use the service, I also have cabling pins across the entirety of my property which is shouldn't have been. The whole thing is a shambles. I was originally with Hyperoptic and for c. 10 years. They installed my previous service and I never spoke with them again, Virgin however haven't been able to resolve my issue and I keep being told Avonline will attend like yesterday however after wating all day for them, no one shows. 5th time this has happened. What can I do?
