Arrange moving router

Hi, 

I would like to arrange for Virgin Media to move the router/coax connection upstairs. Is it possible to arrange this? I haven't been able to find a specific contact other than other forum posts here.

    Standard £25 non fault call out fee for this type of work.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss directly with you.
