Apps and recordings problems

I have had my new reuter for a few weeks now as my old one was having problems.  This new one has been great, until 2 days ago, I couldn't play my apps on my tv. I tuned it off and on and my apps are ok now, although I had to sign back into everything and now all my recordings have gone. Its as though I'm starting from scratch again.  Please advise as what happened

    Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about what happened on your Tv box. 

    It sounds as though the box went through a reset of some kind. 

    I am happy to take a look on our side to see if I can see anything.
