All devices keep losing connection after 5 to 10 minutes
Hi, moved home took my hub 4 with me as instructed by virgin. All worked fine until a new cable arrived to connect hub to wall socket. I had upgraded to 1 gig on the home move. Then soon as I switched over the cable - devices connected then loose the connection totally after 5 to 10 minutes. My virgin wifi is not even listed as an available wifi connection.
Checked all cables are secure and tight. Did a reboot a number of times - same thing over and over.
Does anyone have any ideas or who I can contact for this? I have doubled checked all cables to ensure they are tight - and also power socket -
