I am currently unable to access any of my work's Azure/AWS Single Sign on web apps including Teams, Outlook & SharePoint. Any sites that require SSO are not progressing after the request is submitted Service Status page on the main website keeps wanting to reset my router but general connection stability is unchanged. It appears to be a specific DNS issue for select AWS servers. This has now left me unable to work and will likely lose pay due to this. Can you please provide the cause and timescale for resolution so that I may share this with my employer? Wishaw ML2 Area

No point calling them again mate. They haven't briefed anyone on what is happening so they'll spin you round the same circles and try to book an engineer at your expense that you don't need.
The AWS issue we were experiencing the last couple of days has been listed as restored. We've had the team run traceroutes in the regions where you're still reporting issues and it all seems to be working fine. If you could run your own traceroutes and post them here (minus any private info of course), then we can look further into it.

I can't find any publically available MSFT Teams endpoints but I know they are part of the overall MSFT GraphQL APIs. That particular explorer currently doesn't load witht he same isues as I've outlined.
Hopefully the information provided by the 2 sites (Duckduckgo & a MSFT endpoint) will give you enough information. I have also included screenshots for both under Firefox showing the sites working under one connection but failing to load on another. The dev tools show that DNS resolution works and we get valid IP addresses but when trying to connect to these over the VirginMedia link they fail.
I have no idea how to go about generating that, I've asked my work helpdesk for assistance. All I can explain is that the issue for me is Sharepoint specifically, both within Teams or in a web broswer. Otherwise things are working (e.g. Outlook, Teams in general).
