Absolutely useless customer service
Tried contacting multiple times via web chat and then through mobile being told by NIKKI ROSE that my phone line was **bleep** in those exact words which is ironic since you guys are the provider. Could have nothing to do with the call centre being outsourced to the Phillipines or anything. Then I was told by the same girl one day later that I failed verification even though the automated system recognised my phone number and I regularly receive emails from virgin. Good job I love it, the automated response is better than the customer support 👍👍
