A week to fix an outage in Plymouth???

Is everyone on holiday? Almost as bad as South West Water's response times. Makes you think about switching provider... I hear Cityfibre are extending their network in Plymouth. Perhaps some competition will improve things?

    And no, it won't improve things. Move to FTTP when available.

    If you are still on DOCSIS then of course you should move to full fibre when that becomes available.

    I've been waiting 4 days to just have my first engineer and been told the next engineer can come in just over a month.... the green box was messy and they couldn't identify the right cable, meaning new cable needed.
