2 wifi pods stopped working at the same time

I have 2 wifi pods and noticed yesterday that neither were connected, both have a yellow exclamation mark in the connect app and 'unknown' connection status I've done everything I can to get them to reconnect but nothing is working, when they are first plugged in there is a turquoise light followed by a blue light and then they will flash green for a while and then go off altogether.

    If a reboot of the Hub does not work, you may need to phone Customer Services and ask for the two pods to be re-paired with your Hub.
