2.4ghz band - Not able to create

Question

Hi,I have smart lights etc.. that were set up using the 2.4ghz band, yesterday all my lights disconnected and now i am unable to create a 2.4ghz band. I've been through the settings on my router, turned off optimisation etc.. renamed the 2.4ghz band so it differentiates from the 5ghz but it doesn't show it up at all, it's like it's not broadcasting, i can't see it on any devices.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Gary

Which model of VM Hub has lost its 2.4GHz band ?

Have you re-started the VM Hub ?

Failing this have you factory reset the VM Hub, the steps are :-
1) Press and hold the rear RESET button for 60 seconds.
2) Keep the VM Hub powered on so it completes the reset process.

use hub in modem mode and get a better router
