Hi, I have set all the settings in web safe and it does not work. It does not block those sites. It is not blocking any unwanted content. Please can you help. Thank you.
"Parental Controls" block website content.
"Web Safe" prevents access to websites containing malware.
Note both of these would be bypassed by Apple Relay which may be enabled by default
or by use of a Public DNS on any type of device.

I think parental controls used to be called Web safe, or I had to click on a button called Web safe to get to it in the past. I guess I'm looking at the parental controls. The kids phones are android and my PC is Windows.
I had to change a setting in my PC for work which meant I was using Google when I auto dialled customers, I guess this is what's meant by public Dns? Also, I have Kaspersky enabled on my phone with all features including private VPN. I'm not techie at all but I'm concluding that this is what is bypassing the parental controls? Thanks
