Web safe not turning off

Hi,

Turned it off in my account but still blocking and says on, what do I need to do?

    Change DNS on your windows device to use 194.68.4.123 and 194.168.8.123

    Still not working and was turned off over 24hours ago,

     

    Am i missing something ?

        The advice for PC worked but android tablet and phones still not work on certain sites
