Will Volt benefits lead to a change in contract terms and pricing?

Hi all,

I recently signed up with O2 for a 12 month sim and believe I may be entitled to the Volt boost, as I am the son of the Virgin Media account holder, residing at the same address. If I am entitled to it and accept it, what are the possible scenarios with regards to our newly signed 18 month contract?

Will the current contract terms and charges stay as they are now for the full 18 month term or will they be null and voided and replaced with new terms and charges showing the Volt increase from 125mbps to 250mbps upon acceptance of the Volt boost?

    Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
    Your contract terms will remain the same as before the Volt boost has been added to your account, you will not be put onto a new contract with ourselves or O2.
