Why am I Paying Extra for Volt on my Virgin Package

I have recently swapped to O2 and they activated the Volt Benefits and I have just received an email from Virgin saying thank you for changing your package and it’s going up from £39.50  per month to £58.10. 

I thought it was a free benefit??
