Volt not activated on Virgin side

Hi,

 

Please could one of the Virgin admins help? I signed up for Virgin in July and on my O2 account it says it recognises that I have both and Volt is active from their side but nothing on the Virgin side yet. Could somebody kindly help activate it? Happy for you to DM or call me, thank you.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the Volt benefits on our side.
    I'd like to investigate this for you as it an easy fix from here.
    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

  • Hi, Gareth just sent you the latest identity info you asked for, would appreciate your help in getting Volt activated as it's several months overdue, please recontact me so we can try and get this sorted as currently it remains inactive o the Virgin side. Thanks
