Volt M350 package with O2 SIM, but SIM card not received
I placed an order for the Volt bundle end of Jan and the broadband install happened a couple of days ago.
However I have not received my O2 SIM card which is part of the package? Got passed from pillar to post when calling helpline, basically Virgin blamed O2 and O2 blamed Virgin!! After 1hour 23 mins I then got cut off !
The WebChat help - is useless!
Any help would be appreciated - it sounds like this isn't the first time it has happened
