Volt double speeds

if I have the 500mb volt package and I get an o2 SIM card, does my broadband speed qualify for the double speeds and if so, how do I get it? I’m 8 month into my contract and have another 8 months left.

    Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.

    If you have Virgin Media services and O2 services at the same address and are eligible for Volt then you can register for the benefits via the My O2 online account. You'd get the benefits within 14 days if eligible, and the speed boost would be applied if the next tier of speeds is available in your area.
