Volt broadband package confusion.

Hi all,

So I ordered M250 broadband online that is on discount. I saw in the extras the O2 sim deal to get boosted data and a VM speed boost which meant I would get boosted to M350 if I'm not mistaken.

However the O2 side of things failed because my email address was already registered with them (I forgot as it was long ago) so I phoned the sales team and after a discussion of the best thing to do we decided to cancel the order and redo it all with a new email address.

Anyway, I'm not getting that. I seem to be getting M125 boosted to M250. Below is a snippet of my order. Am I misreading it thus the sales person has put through the wrong deal? The first image is from the failed order which the sales person said it reverted to because of the failed O2 and the second is the one we sorted over the phone.

  • Yes you are on M250 package. 

    This is mine currently on M125 Volt after a recent downgrade at renewal from M350 Volt.
