Volt benefits not applied

Hi,

My virgin media broadband has been in for a month now and we just paid our first bill.

I have registered and received my volt benefits on myO2 however I have not received the broadband increase on virgin media’s side. The engineer said 14 days for it to apply when he installed the internet.

I am on a 500mbps package and am expecting a 1gbps package from the volt benefits.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear that your Volt benefits have not applied. This is usually applied 14 days after they have been requested. Did you apply for Volt through your O2 online account

    It's also important to note that the address on both your O2 online account and your Virgin Media online account must match absolutely, without any difference. Do you see any differences at all with how your address appears on both accounts?

      Hi Carley.

      Yes, it has been a month since I have received the O2 side of volt. The address and name is identical.

        The fact that O2 has given me the volt benefits would surely show that this is true?
