Hey stephjunco, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.
With the Volt benefits if you have activated them they can take up to 14 working days to show on the account.
Both account have to be under the same address and you can only have the upgrade once.

Hi my package includes M250 Fibre broadband. I have just run a speed test and I am getting 260mb speed. I have checked on my O2 account and I have Volt applied on my mobile account (double mobile data etc) but the Virgin side of Volt has definitely not been applied to my Virgin account. Would someone be able to help take a look at why the broadband speed boost has not been applied. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for coming back to us stephjunco and I'm sorry the benefits have not yet been applied to your account and as it has been over two weeks, we can get this looked into further from here.
