Still no Volt boost on VM

Returned as a customer to Virgin and transferred to mobile O2  in around October 2024, the salesman told me to activate VOLT  which I did, It has worked on the O2 mobile but has yet to appear on my internet.

Can anyone assist or point me in the right direction to activate the boost?

    Sorry to hear that your Volt benefits have not been applied to your Virgin Media service. 

    How did you activate Volt, please? Was this through your O2 online account? When checking your account, does applying for Volt again through your O2 online account show any messages at all?

    It's also important that both the address on the O2 contract and the Virgin Media contract match completely. Does the address on both accounts completely match?

      Hi I'm sorry I don't remember how I activated it, O2 applied Volt straightaway, I came here and people were saying it takes up to 14 days so I waited and waited and then forgot. Just recently I received emails from VM offering me an upgrade to M250 for a set price and I realised I should already be on M250 and on checking I'm not.  I've just logged into my O2 account and it saiys I have Volt applied (double data). There is no option to re-activate it.  As far as I know the address on both accounts are the same as VM switched me to O2.
