Hi, I joined virgin media a couple of weeks ago and I have been trying to get a couple of pods as I live in a 3 storey house and the wifi is really bad on the top floor. I have tried getting them through the app and have called the team but got absolutely nowhere. Please can someone help me out as I can't even watch tv upstairs right now.
Log into My Virgin Media and click on Upgrade package. Then select the WiFi booster box if it's showing and tick the WiFi Max box to order your first booster.
