No Volt upgrade.

Hi,

I recently signed up to an o2 sim, and I've not received my home broadband volt boost.

I've waited the time they suggest, but it's coming up for 2 weeks now since my sim was activated.

I have received my mobile boost to give me double data.

I'm currently on the 500Mb package from yourself and suspect I may require a new router to enable the 1Gb service, so perhaps that's the hold up?

    Sorry to hear you are chasing your VOLT benefits after upgrading.
