My white pod has permanently flashing light

My pod (white) has a permanently flashing light. I have moved it to the same room as the hub and still it flashes. Virgin Media Phone number is useless as there was no way to say the pod doesn’t work. What is the point of spending this much on broadband if there is no way to contact them? The Pod obviously needs resetting or is broken or something but with no buttons on it how do I reset it?

    Try  putting the Pod close to the Hub and switch it off.  Then press the WPS button on the Hub, and switch the Pod on.  This may re-pair the Hub and Pod.  Otherwise it may need VM to intervene.
