Missing Volt Benefits after taking out O2 contract

I signed up for an O2 contract a few weeks ago and have tried to register for Volt benefits but have yet to receive the email or any other correspondence. I've checked and there has been no upgrade of our Virgin internet package. 

We are suffering very poor WiFi signals at home so we would like to get the pods as part of the Volt benefits but we've been waiting for weeks now.

    In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
