Missing volt benefits
Hi,
I’ve had vm broadband for 3 weeks and I’ve been a long time o2 mobile customer. I have received my volt double data for my mobile which was applied very quickly without issue. However, I’m awaiting the double broadband speed. Can support help with this?
I did try to follow the guidance https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-o2-benefits and chose “Still waiting for volt benefits” which then goes to a broken link on o2… which wasn’t helpful.
