Is there a way to quit without wasting hours again?

I’ve wasted so much time already trying to solve a technical problem. Then when I finally got a human she said she would phone back but never did. I didn’t realise how horrible the process of getting technical help is these days. Complete clown show. In order to quit am I going to have to go through all that pointless time wasting again?&nbsp;

VM chooses to make cancellation painful. You might find Twitter /X a lesser ordeal than the other options.
