Installation feedback

Hi, we had an installation of a second tv box and I have been waiting for the feedback email as to leave my positive views regarding the technician. This email has not been received.

Is there a way to leave this feedback on this community board?

The technician done such an excellent job, it was quite a tricky install and he kept me involved throughout, as too make sure i was fully satisfied with everything. As i was.

I have the technician name and number but am not sure i should post it here.
