I have received O2 pre contract after adding Volt online.

I tried to add Volt a week ago, the O2 expired with no notification. I have tried again this morning and again received emails, but no instructions on how to "continue order". WhatsApp customer services have no idea, they just say reply to the email, which bounces back as not delivered.

    What messaged did it give you on the email when you tried  to activate it? 

    You can activate them via this link

    They can take 14 days to activate.
