The official route is to use the VM Connect App and scan your property. When completed, the app should allow you to order the first Pod. If this is not working, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

Yup. tried that route but keeps failing.

If your need is urgent, you will need to phone in. This is a Community forum and not a fault reporting system as such. It may take a few days to get a response. You could always get a long ethernet cable in the meantime as a temp measure.

Log into My Virgin Media and click on Upgrade package. Then select the WiFi booster box if it's showing and tick the WiFi Max box to order your first booster.

Yup. Already tried that, but the website keeps looping out to a "chat with us" page.
