Hi Neilk84,

Thanks for posting and welcome to our Community Forums 🤗 

We can try to help here on the Forums, however the Black Pods are very dependant on multiple aspects of your package so in most cases, Black Pods are not something we can send out.

However, I don't mind looking to see whether your package is eligible for them.

First though, could you run through the Connect App scans again and post the results of each room on here so we can see please? 

This will help us evidence why you need the Black Pods as they're rarely sent out without proper investigation first.

    Hi

    Would you please be able to check if the advisor i spoke to has actually put the order in. He said 72 hours for arrival but i have not yet recieved them. I have a screenshot of this conversation

      In order to check this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

      If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
