Did not receive my VM bundled o2 sim card
It is getting very frustrated to be tossed between VM and O2 call centres to check the whereabout of the sim card which is bundled with the VM package (this is what to be covered and paid - 5GB 10GB O2 sim, Volt M500 Fibre Broadband, Weekend chatter & Mega TV).
It has been almost a month wait and neither VM nor O2 has the information. What should i do and should i just cancelled the subscription and procure the services separately?
