Complaint system broken
Despite several phone calls and using the online complaint registration my complaint has not been raised. It's almost as if Virgin don't want you to complain. My next step will be to contact OFGEM as they seem unaware that Virgin are juking the complaints system to avoid having to deal with them.
On top of this Virgin seem happy to apply annual increases to your payment two weeks before your contract actually ends.
