Hi just noticed today I’ve been overcharged for volts although I’m a o2 and virgin customer this is free isn’t it?!?! Pretty annoyed that it’s been three months I have been charged!! Isn’t a free benefit?

Our volt package is what we call it when you sign up for both O2 and Virgin in one package, however you can get supercharged benefits for this, can you confirm what the specific charge is that shows on your bill just so we can confirm this through for you?
