anyone else having volt + upload speed addon?

recently ordered 1gig (m500 with the upload speed addon £6 for £39)

But when querying why the volt wasn't active, they manually did it within an hour, but upon checking they removed my upload speed addon. Has anyone else had this work or any issues as well?

    spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get it solved and nothing, sent around to endless amounts of people, sometimes back to the same one, whats is the point of it? why has someone messed my account up?...
