Another missing O2 SIM!
I've seen a lot of these online over the last few days, and I'm the next victim.
Ordered an o2 sim to upgrade my broadband package, looking for the Volt upgrade. order was placed on the 7th (13 days ago), no emails from o2, o2 has no idea what I'm talking about, and Virgin keeps saying it's O2's fault. nd so, in the last week, I've tried calling every number suggested on the community forum. like all those who have had this issue, I've been transferred in circles, ending up on business account support somehow.
I'm going to need representative help here.
please.
