Activate Virgin Volt benefits - o2 already active
Another one struggling to get Volt activated here and stuck going round and round between the various help sites & contact pages.
The Virgin Contract started on 3 March and was already on o2 Customer. o2 applied the volt benefits 14 days ago and these are confirmed as live in myo2 but still nothing on the Virgin side. I suspect this could be down to an extra space on the address within Virgin in the house number but there is no option to change this, and O2 has the correct details.
How can we ensure the volt benefits are activated on the Virgin side?
Any help appreciated!
