V6 not working red light on

When I reboot:

The Red light comes on

I get the Welcome screen

I get the Please Wait screen

Then nothing

No signal to TV

Red Light stays on

    Hi killjoy 

    Try the following, it's worked for some forum members.

    You could try turning off the V6 by the switch on the back of the box;  then on the front of the V6 box  hold down both the power button and the - (minus) button at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.

    If the power button and the -  (minus) button workaround doesn't solve it then try using the power button and the + (plus) button at the same time instead.

    I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your V6 box and a big thank you to newapollo for their advise so far. Have you been able to try this fix?
