I recently got a new amp(str dh790) and Sony tv. When I use the amp for Nintendo switch the sound and picture are fine. When I run the virgin media box sound and picture cut out and the amp resets randomly. I’ve tried different cables and it’s not helped. Interestingly I’ve plugged in my old free sat and that has not cut out.
Can anyone help?
Just in case anyone else needs help.
Wired v6 directly to new tv. Still cutting sound and picture.
Switched off Bluetooth on new Sony tv. Haven’t had an issue for over 3 hours (usually would have had 6/7 cut outs)
