V6 Box frequently resetting or going into standby

I have a V6 Tv box with a Hub 3.  About 6 months ago the Hub 3 rebooted and since then it has a solid red power light.  I have tried re-booting and checking/replacing the Ethernet cables but still the red light remained.  No faults were detected by VM and my broadband worked fine so I assumed it was just the age of the box.  A few months later the main V6 box started re-booting which I initially put down to an old TV that needed replacing.  However, having bought a new TV it keeps happening with the message to Check Power Source.  I can only clear it by turning the V6 box off and back on again but it happens again 30 mins later.

The redlight on the Hub suggests overheating but the box does not feel warm.  Anyone else suffering from this standby issue and is it likely to be related with the redlight on the Hub?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. 

    Sorry to hear of the issue with the Router and TV box. 

    I'll send you a PM now to assist further, you'll need an engineer visit to replace the Router but please do a factory reset on the TV box to see if this resolves it for me :)
