V6 Box - Problems with Recordings

For the past few weeks I have had problems with the V6 box.  Planned recordings sometimes not recording, recording playback stopping and stuttering, picture breaking up etc.  Also, the box sometimes decides to reboot when watching a live programme or recording.  Have tried reporting this by phone but for some reasion can't get through to the correct department without giving a mobile number gfor a link to be sent to me.

Any help appreciated.  Many thanks.

    VM staff should respond on this forum if you don't mind waiting a few days, but it's not a primary means of fault reporting.

    No TV box should be restarting of its own accord, that's a sure fire sign of a fault. On the recordings point, you've not mentioned any problems with live TV so I'll assume that's fine - try pausing live TV for a short time and watch it delayed. This is also a recording, using your hard drive in the same way. If this plays up, then that's confirmation of a hard drive problem.
