TV control

Hello, I am trying to get my V6 remote to control my TV.

The instructions say hold 'Clear' and 'TV' at the same time until it flashes green several times. However, I have followed these steps and it only flashes red once. I have tried it several times but cannot get it to flash green.

Any suggestions?

      Thanks for the quick reply.

      I've tried it but when I have the code on the screen and need to hold 'Clear' and 'TV' it doesn't flash green on the remote, only flashes red once.

        Thanks for coming back to us JA23, can you please see if there are any alternative codes available select to see if the same result is presented to you?

        There would usually be multiple different codes that are available to attempt
