TV Control app issues

Hi,

My physical remote isn't working properly so I decided to use the TV control app. Unfortunately I am getting this issue

 I have checked all settings, box is connected via Ethernet and both the V6 box and the device I am using is on my home network.

Any ideas?

    On your V6, follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network. Look for the IP address in the top-right. Check this matches the IP shown for your V6 in your router's "attached devices" section - the exact location will vary depending which model router you're using.

    Both the V6 and your mobile device need to be on the same subnet - so 192.168.0/100.x - the 0/100 depends whether you're using modem or router mode, and the x will be device-specific. All else must be the same.
