TV app not synching to tv

I’ve lost my remote to my V360 box and awaiting a new remote. I’m trying to use my mobile phone to connect to the tv via the virgin go app. However the app won’t come next to the tv as the tv option I need is greyed out on the app. Tried rebooting the box, app and router. I can’t turn the tv channel and in an eternal loop

    You've posted on the V6 forum, but mention a lost 360 remote and problems using the TV Go app.

    To confirm which actual box you have, the 360 has a voice control button on the remote, the V6  hasn't.

    If you do in fact have a V6 box then you should be using the TV Control app.

    If you do indeed have a TV360 then the 360 box works with some Smart remotes such as the LG. Instead of using Virgin some TV's respond to Ziggo or Ziggo Mediabox Next ( Ziggo is the name used in Holland by Liberty Global (VM's owners)

      It's me again with a follow up. 

      I'm pretty sure that you do indeed have a 360 box as I've just looking in the TV on the Go forum and a number of users have been having issues with the TVGo app. In the settings was a message saying that the users have 0 devices registered (screenshot below)   

      I've tested this and had the same issues, but this seems to have been fixed in the past few minutes, however I'm sorry to say that the remote control part is definitely broken. 

      When testing I have the same issue as you when trying to use the remote control in the app. I have two main 360 boxes and I can't connect to either box using the apps remote control, it's greyed out the same as you are seeing.
