TNT ultimate sound cutting in an out on the rugby again... was the same last week too. Adverts seem OK though. Tnt 1 is ok with the same transmission.

And the ok during the build up until 15 minutes into the game. I laughed my socks off at the turn it up comment.. how on earth is that going to make the drop I sound better...

This continues to be an issue with TNT at different times of the day for different events. Don't have any problems with HD channels or any UHD content for anything else.
Please read older posts. I have two v6's one on a surround the other not. Same on both I'm afraid. And it is completely random and only on tnt. Other uhd content fine and I am not the only one. It has been very sporadic for ages. Sometimes finefor hours / days or weeks then otherdays unwatchable, sometimes only the adverts sometimes only the event sometimes ok until a certain time into the event. it is nothing to do with my set up it is what is coming in that is the problem.

Thanks for getting back in touch with us. I have looked over the previous messages. It would appear to be a broadcasting issue and would be related to the channels ownership with that. Have you checked on a different device that streams like Virgin TvGo as it is a different method or broadcasting the same content and would not carry the sound issues?
SabrinaNo because why would I watch a sport on a 5inch screen? And if a broadcast issue why is the HD version OK and why is it intermittent. You broadcast the channel to your customers please listen to what is happening and take it up with tnt then?
there are at least another three or four streams about this active at the moment. Some have been replied to that they will report it to support.. please do the same.
As per other thread. Watching TV go will be fine. It is only the uhd stream which is affected hd is fine...... so.what is being done about it then
Hold this is the thread I HAVE OPENED about the issue so please respond here to me about my issue? I have not raised another thread ..
Some thing I noticed on this.. when it starts happening if I switch channels sometimes it dissapears, also sometimes switching channels brings it on, sometimes it comes and goes by itself but when it does appear I can sometimes get it to go away. However this does not help on recordings obvioulsy.

Still happening for the games in the week and Saturday.
Season started August and we are into February and still no progress. This is a great way to keep the TNT subscribers down as when my bundle expires and TNT is stripped out no way would anybody pay for this as a service
