Sky sports HD upgrade
On 2/10 I received a confirmation email that I would have my sky sports channels upgraded to HD for free. I am still waiting for this to be activated. How long should this take?

The usual timescale for any online-based account changes is somewhere around the 2-3 day mark.
On a TiVo or V6, you can synch your EPG with your account by following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels
I have tried that twice. Anyone else had problems getting this free upgrade?
Could you post up a screenshot or picture of the email you received? Remove any identifiable info.
