Setting up V6 box -

Engineer called yesterday to replace faulty box. However was unable to retrieve account details as system when down. Advised to keep turned on and when system back up it should refresh and continue to finish the set up. Still not working and have tried contacting the Engineer and received no response regarding update. Please advise

    You'll probably now have to go through the usual CS route - 0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM landline.

    It's unfortunate that the tech wasn't able to complete the job when onsite - normally they shouldn't leave without all AOK!
