Replacement remote

Hi is there anyway to get a replacement remote I’ve tried the web through my account but it just keeps sending me back to my account I’ve tried the reset procedure and pairing procedure which haven’t worked so left using my iPad as a remote which isn’t great any help greatly appreciated
