Remote control replacement
- I’ve suddenly got issues with both my tv remotes - if I press the down button once suddenly it scrolls to the bottom of the page. I’ve tried changing the batteries and resetting the system. I’ve tried to place an order for replacements for both but have been referred to the phone line by the website then the phone line advises to use the website so I’m a little lost and need some simple directions on how to sort these out?
